Preleasing is underway as NEMA Boston prepares to open its doors this month, according to reporting by RealEstate.com. The 21-story building from developer Crescent Heights will bring 414 new Seaport Boston apartments to the booming neighborhood. As part of the NEMA brand, which also has locations in San Francisco and Chicago, NEMA Boston will feature high-tech smart homes and a suite of amenities and perks, including access to services like dog walking and house cleaning. The building’s interior design pays homage to Seaport’s history, present, and future, via a DJ table and art wall honoring the popular Channel nightclub from the 1980s in the lobby and nautical elements found throughout the public spaces.
