Forbes reported on the new pair of NEMA towers coming to Chicago and Boston, both of which represent new heights of luxury rental living in two of America’s biggest cities. NEMA Boston offers a collection of luxury apartments in the Boston Seaport neighborhood and features a design inspired by the area’s nautical heritage and the city’s contemporary tech boom. When the tower opens in August, it will stand 21 stories tall and house 414 luxury rentals, as well as a suite of amenities that includes multiple coworking spaces, a private outdoor park, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The building was designed according to LEED specifications, making it one of the city’s most sustainable and luxurious places to live.
