NEMA Boston is marked with a little house icon on Boston Business Journal’s interactive Crane Watch map, where projects under construction around the city are tracked. This collection of Seaport Boston apartments won’t be on the map for long, though, as construction is expected to be completed later this year. When complete, NEMA Boston will bring 414 new luxury apartments to the booming tech hub, making the award-winning NEMA brand bicoastal. (The first location opened in San Francisco in 2013.) NEMA Boston will feature a suite of high-end amenities spaces as well as the signature NEMA 24-hour concierge and predictive services, where residents can arrange everything from food delivery to dog walking from the comfort of their homes.
