CHARLEY, who lives in NEMA’s amenity spaces, will roam the building’s common areas offering water and occasional robot jokes to residents. Already a hit at other Crescent Heights properties, CHARLEY is just one part of the fully realized service package that the developer provides for NEMA residents, which also includes the leading-edge fitness center, indoor and outdoor lounges, and a 24-hour concierge to help with anything that CHARLEY can’t handle.
