Not only will taking an online fitness class get your heart pumping, but it will provide a social outlet. It’s a sliver of something familiar in these uncertain times.

However, we’d suggest branching out a bit. If you’re usually into strength training, try yoga or barre (or vice versa). Confusing the muscles is a tried and true strategy to break through plateaus. Why not use this time at home to reach a new fitness level?
