Seaport is a summer destination for Bostonians and visitors alike. Its breezy views of Boston Harbor make going to a rooftop the best plan during the summer. Here is our list of rooftops and outdoor dining terraces you can't miss this summer: Legal Harborside, neighborhood favorite Lookout Rooftop, City Tap House Boston, Cisco Brewery, Nautilus, and Davio's Seaport.

When the weather gets warm, where do Bostonians head? To the Seaport, of course! It's easy to see why this vibrant neighborhood has become such a hot spot for summertime fun. There's a lot to see and do, whether you're just visiting or one of the lucky folks who get to call the luxury Seaport apartments of NEMA Boston home. Strolling along the Boston Harborwalk while getting some sun or taking a cruise around the harbor are just a few ways to enjoy the area. But one warm-weather activity that can't be overlooked is the Seaport's outdoor dining.

Rooftops and outdoor dining terraces abound, so we created a list of our favorites. Take a look:

Legal Harborside | 270 Northern Avenue

It's a known fact that Boston takes its fish seriously. And there's no better place than Legal Harborside to see and taste just how serious this city can get. Located right on the water, this veritable temple to the temptations of the sea has 20,000 square feet of space and three levels, including a deck and a lounge on the roof. Grab a cocktail while you take in the views and get your napkins ready to feast on fresh-caught lobster, mouthwatering salmon, or a flaky and crisp lump crab cake. If you prefer more turf than surf, the buttery filet mignon or bang bang cauliflower are always winners. And don't forget to check out their market, where you can pick up "restaurant cuts'' to enjoy anytime you'd like!

Lookout Rooftop | 70 Sleeper Street

If you want a night out on the town and right on the water, then look no further than Lookout Rooftop. Located atop the effortlessly hip Envoy Hotel, this local favorite combines the conviviality of a backyard hangout with the sophistication of a chic club. Its relaxed yet elegant vibe is set against the backdrop of the water, providing some Instagramable snaps. This rooftop bar's wine and beer list and its expertly crafted cocktails pair perfectly with light bites like the blistered shishito pepper or veggie arancini. Grab a glass of their Chandon-forward "Garden Spritz" and toast to an endless summer.

Cisco Brewery | 65 Northern Ave

If you’re looking for an authentic New England experience check out Cisco Brewers! Founded near Cisco Beach, Nantucket in 1995, Cisco Brewers has gained a cult-like following across the Northeast, built on its laid-back, good times lifestyle. Cisco Brewers is Nantucket’s first and only craft brewery and prides itself on celebrating a deep-rooted New England-island heritage through its portfolio of approachable, sessionable, and coastally-inspired beers. Cisco Brewer's distributes their beers throughout New England, as well as a seasonal pop-up beer garden in Boston’s vibrant Seaport District.

Nautilus | 300 Pier Four

Check out the newest edition to Boston’s dining scene in the heart of the Seaport! This globally inspired restaurant features cuisines from all over the world bringing exciting flavors to Boston. At Nautilus they are all about joint experiences with their shareable dishes and unique cocktails. Open for dinner Wednesdays through Mondays but don’t miss out on their Nauti Patio Party on Saturdays and Sundays serving fun fruit cocktails and fresh oysters from Noon to 4:30 pm.

Davio's Seaport | 26 Fan Pier

For over 36 years, Davio's Back Bay restaurant has brought a refined ebullience to Boston dining. This Seaport location offers the same buzzy and festive atmosphere with a big bonus: views of the water. But the vistas from its outdoor dining area aren't the only thing that keeps people coming back for more. It's the food that's the main attraction at Davio's. Put on your finest and prepare to have your taste buds delighted by the Steve DiFillippo-helmed menu. Everything offered is top-notch, but the standouts have got to be their hot and cold seafood towers or the simple but astounding free-range roast chicken.

No matter where you go for your dining experience, you can keep up the alfresco fun at home in the luxury apartments of NEMA Boston—all summer long by enjoying the on-site Skyline Pool or the Garden pocket park by the Lobby Lounge.
